Das cinco técnicas que ele cita, eu gostaria de destacar a primeira e a quarta, mas todas são muito válidas. A primeira enfatiza que devemos errar para aprender e a quarta, que ele denomina shower conversations, ou conversas de banheiro, é uma maneira de praticar o idioma sozinho, com técnicas de visualização, que ele também explica no vídeo.

| Let's say, we're going to go and learn the word "door" in Spanish. | Digamos que vamos aprender a palavra "porta" em espanhol. |
| So, the word "door" in Spanish is "Puerta." | A palavra "porta" em espanhol é "puerta". |
| So, for "Puerta" we've got a few sounds that exist in English. | Para "puerta" temos alguns sons que existem em inglês. |

| So why would we go and use something that looks like this, that looks like "real," when instead you can use something that looks like this and gives you so much more information about how to say something in a foreign language. | Então porque iríamos usar algo como isso, que, parece "real", quando, ao contrário, nós podemos usar algo como isto e ter muito mais informação sobre como dizer algo em um idioma estrangeiro. |

| You can find sticklers all over the place, and with technology, it becomes a lot easier find them. | Não importa. |
