A minha recomendação é que você leia primeiro a história em português, em seguida leia a história em inglês ouvindo o áudio ao mesmo tempo. Escolha neste texto uma ou duas frases para memorizar e se lembrar com frequência nos próximos dias. Não exagere, é isto mesmo: uma ou duas frases. Escolha as frases, copie-as para o papel, mentalize a situação, repita mentalmente e em voz alta, enfim, faça tudo que puder para não se esquecer das frases que escolheu.
