| It's because our attention is pulled in so many different directions at a time, and it's in fact pretty impressive if you can stay focused. | É porque nossa atenção é puxada em muitas direções ao mesmo tempo e de fato é muito impressionante conseguir ficar concentrado. |

| There are two ways you direct your attention. | Existem duas formas em que você direciona sua atenção. |
